Modexpress innovates: Hand-over of pocket sorter installation
In September, the formal hand-over of our new, fully automated pocket sorter installation will take place. This state-of-the-art technology will enhance our new warehouse location, enabling us to process both hanging and flat-packed goods efficiently.
Jan van Vlokhoven, ICT Director of Modexpress, comments: ‘From October, we will be operational with the new installation. This represents a significant step forward in our operations, further enhancing our efficiency and quality.’
The pocket sorter is an advanced solution for sorting and buffering fashion items, including accessories, shirts, underwear, and shoes. With 100% tracking of each item and an integrated packaging system, we will improve the speed and accuracy of our order processing.
