As fashion companies navigate yet another year of rapid change, Modexpress has released the updated 2026 insights deck outlining the developments set to shape the logistics landscape in the years ahead.
Building on the 2025 edition released earlier this year, this update reflects the newest shifts impacting fashion supply chains across Europe.
Titled ‘Fashion Logistics in 2026 and beyond’, the report highlights how ongoing geopolitical tensions, rising operational costs, and stricter sustainability demands are reshaping supply chains across Europe. It also shows how innovations such as real-time inventory visibility, smarter fulfilment models, and circular logistics are helping brands stay resilient in an increasingly unpredictable market.
‘The future of fashion logistics will belong to the brands that adapt fastest. Not by predicting every disruption, but by building smarter, more resilient supply chains,’ says Niek Fransen, CEO of Modexpress.
