Inbound Superuser / Backup Team Leader

What you will do

Person ready to grow into a leadership role while mastering inbound operations.
We’re looking for a motivated Inbound Superuser to join our team at Heibloemweg 10. This is a developmental position, ideal for someone with strong character, solid knowledge, and the ambition to grow—weather is just starting out or already have some experience.

Working Hours
Rotating shifts

• 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00
• 14:00–23:00 / 15:00–00:00
• Includes 2 Sundays per month

Inbound Process Responsibilities
As an Inbound Superuser, you’ll be actively involved in the daily inbound operations while also supporting the team lead. You’ll work alongside the warehouse team, performing tasks such as scanning, receiving, and registering goods, while helping to coordinate and improve the overall inbound flow.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and checking deliveries
  Ensuring all incoming goods match the order and are in good condition.
• Registering goods in the system
  Accurately entering product data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Solving issues
  Handling problems such as missing, damaged, or delayed items and communicating with relevant teams.
• Working alongside the team
  Performing daily operational tasks like scanning and sorting, just like the rest of the team.
• Supporting the team lead
  Acting as a bridge between the team and leadership, helping with coordination, communication, and planning.
• Improving processes
  Identifying opportunities to make the inbound process faster, smoother, and more accurate.
