Duurzaamheid en milieubewust ondernemen zijn belangrijke pijlers van het beleid bij Modexpress. We denken na over de wijze waarop we onze werkzaamheden uitvoeren en tegelijkertijd kunnen bijdragen aan een duurzamere planeet. Vragen die we ons daarbij stellen zijn onder andere op welke wijze we onze CO2-uitstoot kunnen verminderen en verspilling kunnen tegengaan. We zoeken dan ook proactief naar innovatieve oplossingen en in dat kader past de samenwerking met Groene Rijders.

Groene Rijders is een CO2 neutrale, logistieke dienstverlener voor (binnen)stadsdistributie. Al meer dan 6 jaar verzorgt dit bedrijf fijnmazige, klantvriendelijke bezorging van goederen (food & non-food) in en rond Arnhem. Sinds afgelopen jaar bezorgen zij voor winkeliers in Arnhem ook aan huis bij consumenten (ship-from-store). Dit sluit naadloos aan bij de behoeften van Modexpress in deze regio.

Sustainability and environmentally friendly practices are important components of policy at Modexpress. Every day we think about how we can carry out our work and at the same time contribute to a more sustainable planet. The questions we ask ourselves, are how we can reduce our CO2 emissions and avoid any form of waste. We are therefore proactively looking for innovative solutions and in that context, we partnered up with Groene Rijders.

Groene Rijders is a CO2 neutral logistics service provider for (inner) city distribution. For more than 6 years, this company has been providing customer-friendly, fine-distribution (food & non-food) in and around Arnhem. In 2020 they have added deliveries for shops in Arnhem to their services (Ship-from-store) and this perfectly meets the needs of Modexpress in this region.
